Store and eligibility

This website is operated by 3Dark in Mandla, Madhya Pradesh, India. By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement. A parent or guardian should place orders for minors.

Products, pricing and availability

Product photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as practical. Screen colour, print placement and glow brightness may vary slightly due to lighting, display settings and the charging environment. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Availability may change before an order is confirmed.

Orders and payments

An order is accepted when 3Dark confirms it for fulfilment. We may cancel an order because of unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, an undeliverable address or another reasonable operational issue. Online payments are processed by Razorpay. COD orders remain unpaid until the applicable collection is completed.

Shipping, cancellation and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy form part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed where delay is caused by a courier, weather, public restrictions or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The 3Dark name, logo, product artwork, photographs, text and website design may not be copied, resold, reproduced or commercially used without written permission. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to applicable law, 3Dark is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or delayed delivery. These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes are subject to courts with jurisdiction in Mandla, Madhya Pradesh.
