Shipping coverage and charges
We currently ship to serviceable PIN codes across India. Standard delivery is free unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout.
Dispatch and delivery timeline
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Estimated delivery is 5–8 working days from order confirmation. Remote locations, public holidays, weather, courier disruption or other events outside our control may extend these timelines.
Tracking and delivery attempts
Tracking details are shared when available after dispatch. Customers should provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts; an undeliverable shipment may be returned to 3Dark.
Delayed, lost or damaged shipment
